Stop printing. A gear or fuser fault gets dearer every page you force through it, and a jammed sheet pulled out the wrong way takes the roller with it.

Most faults are fixed on site. If a machine has to go to the bench you are told before it leaves, and you keep a note of what went with it.

FAQs
Printer Repair questions, answered
Why can you not publish a price list for printer repair?
Because the same symptom has very different causes. A streaked print can be a Rs 500 clean or a drum that costs more than the printer. We diagnose first and give you the price before doing anything, and you are free to say no.
Is it worth repairing an old printer?
Often not, and we will tell you. Once a fuser or a formatter board on a cheap inkjet costs more than half a new machine, replacing it is the better buy. We would rather lose the repair than sell you one you regret.
Do you refill cartridges or only replace them?
Both, and the honest answer depends on the machine. Refilling is good value on many laser cartridges and poor value on most modern inkjets, where the head is part of the cartridge. We will tell you which yours is.
Can you set up printing for a whole office?
Yes - shared printing, scan to email, static IP so the printer does not disappear after a power cut, and user folders on a photocopier. This is usually a half-day job and is quoted per site.
Do you cover photocopiers and only certain brands?
We work on the common office brands - HP, Canon, Epson, Brother, Ricoh, Kyocera, Xerox, Samsung. Send us a photo of the model label and we will tell you straight away if it is one we handle well.
What should I send when I message you?
A photo of the model label, a photo of a bad print if the problem is quality, and the exact error on the screen. That is usually enough for us to name the likely part before anyone travels.
Do you offer a maintenance contract?
Yes, for offices with several machines - scheduled servicing, priority call-out and consumables managed for you. It is quoted per year after we have seen the machines and your monthly print volume.
