Home Cleaning questions, answered
How is deep cleaning priced — by room or by size?
By covered area, because a 10-marla drawing room is not the same job as a small bedroom. Use the estimator on our pricing page for a range, then we confirm the exact figure after a quick survey. There is a minimum charge of Rs 2,500 per visit.
How long does a full house deep clean take?
A 5-marla house typically takes one full day with a crew of three. A 10-marla or 1-kanal house usually runs into a second day. We tell you the crew size and day count before you book.
Do I need to be home during the clean?
Someone should be present at the start to walk through the checklist and at the end to sign it off. You do not need to stay for the whole visit.
Do you bring your own water and electricity?
We bring machines, chemicals and materials. We do use your water and power supply, which is standard for on-site cleaning work.
How long does upholstery take to dry?
Four to six hours with fans and windows open, longer in winter or on a humid day. We extract as much water as the machine will pull, which is what makes the difference between damp and dry by evening.
Are the chemicals safe around children and pets?
The general-purpose products are, and we keep everyone out of a room while it is being treated. Where something stronger is needed - oven cleaner, bathroom descaler, disinfection - we tell you and ventilate properly afterwards.
Can you clean around our furniture?
Yes. Light furniture is moved and put back; anything heavy or fragile we will ask you about first rather than shifting it ourselves.
