How it works

Three steps, no surprises

Customer sending a photo of the pest and the affected rooms on WhatsApp1

Tell us the pest and the rooms

WhatsApp us what you are seeing and where. The pest decides the chemical, so this matters more than the size of the house.

Apni Chhat pest control technician treating a room in protective kit2

Technician treats, you stay out

You get a re-entry time before he starts, and it is honest - usually four to six hours.

Technician booking the included follow-up visit before leaving3

Follow-up is booked before we leave

Most treatments need a second visit to break the cycle. It is in the price.

Bed bugs, and nobody is sleeping?

Do not throw the mattress out yet, and do not spray a supermarket can at it - that scatters them to the next room. Message us and leave the room as it is.

  • Do not move bedding to another room
  • Do not spray it yourself
  • Send a photo of the mattress seam
Why us

Four things we do differently

The pest decides the treatment

One chemical for everything is why it comes back.

Re-entry time given honestly

Four to six hours, not the ten minutes you may have been told.

Follow-up included, not sold to you later

Breaking the breeding cycle takes two visits.

Safe around children and pets when used properly

We tell you what we are using and why.

FAQs

Pest Control questions, answered

Do we need to leave the house during treatment?

For most gel and targeted spray treatments, no — you need to stay out of the treated rooms for 3–4 hours. Full-house residual spraying needs the property vacated for around six hours. The technician tells you the exact re-entry time before starting.

Is the treatment safe around children and pets?

We use products at label-rated domestic concentrations and will always tell you which rooms need to stay clear and for how long. Mention children, pregnancy, pets or fish tanks when booking so we can select the right product and method.

Why is a follow-up visit necessary?

Because insecticides do not kill eggs. For cockroaches and bed bugs, the eggs hatch after the first treatment and the follow-up catches that second generation. Skipping it is the single most common reason infestations come back.

How long does termite treatment last?

A properly executed soil treatment typically gives several years of protection, but coverage depends on the construction and soil conditions. For ongoing cover, the annual contract includes scheduled inspections.

How soon will I see a difference?

Roaches drop off over three to seven days as the bait works through the colony - seeing a few in the first days is normal and actually a good sign. Mosquito fogging is immediate but temporary. Bed bugs need the follow-up visit before you judge it.

Should I clean before or after the treatment?

Clean before, not after. Mopping the skirting a day after a residual spray washes the product off the surface it needs to sit on. Sweep and wipe worktops before we come, then leave the edges alone for a fortnight.

Do you treat the whole house or just the affected room?

It depends on the pest. Bed bugs and roaches spread along shared walls and cabinet runs, so treating one room usually just moves them. Rodents and termites are treated at the entry point and the perimeter. We will tell you which yours is before quoting.
