Most people searching for home cleaning services in Islamabad are not looking for someone with a mop and a bucket. They are looking for help with a kitchen that has stopped responding to normal cleaning, a bathroom where the problem is limescale rather than dirt, or a house full of construction dust after a renovation. Those are three different jobs with three different prices, and knowing which one you actually need is most of the battle.
This guide explains what each type of clean covers, what it costs at our published rates, and how to judge a quote before you accept it.
The four jobs people call a deep clean
- Full house deep clean, Rs 12,000 to Rs 15,000. Room by room, top to bottom, against an agreed checklist.
- Kitchen deep clean, Rs 3,500 to Rs 4,500. Hob, hood, tiles, cabinet fronts and inside the oven.
- Bathroom deep clean, Rs 3,500 to Rs 4,500. Descaling grout and fittings, not just wiping surfaces.
- After-construction clean, Rs 12,000 to Rs 15,000. Cement dust, paint spots, tape and offcuts removed.
Alongside those, some work is priced by area or by item: carpet at Rs 30 per square foot, floor cleaning at Rs 35 per square foot, floor polishing at Rs 45 per square foot, sofa at Rs 300 to Rs 400 per seat, and rugs or mattresses at Rs 1,200 to Rs 1,600. The full list sits on our home and deep cleaning page.
How to tell which clean you need
Ask yourself what is actually on the surface. If it wipes off and comes back in a week, you need regular cleaning, not a deep clean. If it does not wipe off at all, something else is going on, and that is where the four jobs above come in.
Grease that has gone hard
Kitchen hoods and tiles above a hob collect a film that normal detergent slides over. It needs a degreaser and dwell time, which is why a kitchen deep clean takes two to three hours rather than thirty minutes. If your extractor fan has stopped pulling properly, that is usually grease in the filter, not a failed motor.
Limescale in the grout, not dirt
Large parts of Rawalpindi and the older Islamabad sectors have hard water. What looks like a stained bathroom is often scale, which is a mineral deposit and will not move with bleach. It needs a descaler and a scrub, and once it is off, a fortnightly wipe keeps it off. This is the single most common misdiagnosis we see.
Soil that is inside the pile
Carpets and rugs hold soil below the surface, which is why vacuuming stops making a difference at a certain point. That needs extraction and proper drying on both sides, so plan for the room to be out of use for a few hours.
Dust that came from building work
Construction dust is fine enough to settle inside vents, light fittings, window channels and the top edge of every door. An ordinary clean moves it around rather than removing it, and it reappears for weeks. After-construction cleaning is a separate job for exactly that reason.
What a good quote should tell you
A cleaning quote that is just a single number is a quote you cannot check. Before you accept one, make sure you know four things.
- The checklist. Which rooms, and what is included in each. Inside the oven and inside kitchen cabinets are the two items most often quietly left out.
- Who brings the materials. Chemicals, machines and cloths should be included unless you have agreed otherwise.
- How long it will take and how many people. A three bedroom deep clean is not a one person job in two hours.
- What happens if something is damaged. Older fittings and painted surfaces can lift. Agree in advance who checks what before work starts.
We agree the checklist and the price in writing before anyone starts, and workmanship carries a 30-day warranty.
How often is worth it
For an average family home in Islamabad, a full deep clean twice a year with a kitchen or bathroom deep clean in between handles most of it. Houses on main roads, near construction, or with pets tend to need the kitchen done more often. If you are moving in or out, do the deep clean on an empty house, because it costs the same and the result is much better.
Cleaning is not always the answer
A few jobs look like a cleaning problem and are not. A bathroom that smells after a clean usually has a drainage issue, and that is a job for our plumbing team. Black patches on a ceiling corner that keep returning are damp, not dirt, which points at roof and waterproofing work. Paint that marks every time it is wiped has usually failed rather than got dirty, and needs repainting. We will tell you that rather than sell you a clean that cannot fix it.

Common questions
Do you bring your own supplies and machines?
Yes. Chemicals, machines and cloths are included in the quoted price.
Can you clean while we are living in the house?
Yes, and most deep cleans happen that way. We work room by room so you always have somewhere to be.
How long does a full house deep clean take?
For a typical three bedroom house, most of a working day with a team. Larger houses and after-construction cleans can run into a second day.
