Apni Chhat is a home services company working across Islamabad and Rawalpindi.
We cover thirteen trades in both cities - plumbing, electrical, AC, cleaning, painting, carpentry, pest control, tiling, waterproofing, appliance repair, CCTV, renovation and home shifting - with one number to call and one standard of work behind all of them.
Most people do not want a specialist for every small thing. They want somebody who turns up when they said they would, tells them the price first, and does not disappear when something needs adjusting a week later. That is the whole idea.

The price is agreed before we start
In writing, on WhatsApp, with the labour and the materials separated. If the job turns out bigger once a wall is open, we stop and re-quote rather than presenting you with a bill you never agreed to.
You pay when the job is done
No advance on standard repairs. That single rule removes the risk that makes people nervous about calling a stranger to their home - if we do not finish it properly, we have not been paid.
A 30-day workmanship warranty
If our work fails within 30 days, we come back and put it right at no charge. That covers our workmanship. Parts carry whatever warranty the manufacturer gives, and we tell you which is which.
You get a name, not just a van
Before anyone travels you get the technician's name and an arrival window. Ask for his ID at the door. Every technician is checked before he is sent to a customer's home.
