WhatsApp us the room count and a photo of anything heavy - a double wardrobe, a fridge, a piano. That is what decides the vehicle.
2We name the vehicle, crew and price
In writing, before the day. If we size the vehicle wrong, the second trip is on us rather than on your bill.
3Wrapped, loaded, then put where you want it
Furniture blanketed, boxes strapped, and every box carried to the room you tell us - not stacked in the hall.

Send us the room count and photos of the heavy items tonight. You will have a vehicle, a crew size and a figure in writing rather than a number invented at your gate.

FAQs
Home Shifting questions, answered
Can I pack my own things and just pay for the truck and the men?
Yes, and it is the cheapest way to move. A 1-bed flat where you have already boxed everything is roughly a third of the full-pack price. We will still wrap the furniture, dismantle the beds and load properly - you are only saving the packing labour and the cartons, not the care.
How do you decide which vehicle my move needs?
By the room count and the big items, not by guesswork on the day. A 1-bed flat is normally a Shehzore, a 2-bed a Mazda, a 3-bed a Hino. We name the vehicle in the quote, and if it turns out we sized it wrong, the second trip is on us.
What happens if something gets damaged?
Tell us before we leave the new address. Anything our crew damaged in handling, we repair or compensate - carpentry damage we can usually fix ourselves. We will not cover items you packed yourself where the carton looks intact from the outside, which is exactly why we ask you to let us pack anything fragile.
Do you move things on the same day I call?
Sometimes, for a single item or a small flat. A full house move is better booked two or three days ahead, because the crew size and the vehicle have to be held for you - and a move squeezed into a half day is where things get broken.
Will you dismantle and reassemble the furniture?
Beds, wardrobes, dining tables and shelving units, yes - it is included, and our own carpenter does it rather than a loader with a screwdriver. Fitted wardrobes and kitchen units are priced separately because they are a joinery job, not a lifting one.
What if the truck cannot park near the door?
Tell us the access when you book - a narrow lane, a gate the truck cannot enter, or a fourth floor with no lift. A long carry or a stair climb is extra crew, and we would rather price that up front than send two men to a job that needs four.
What should I not let you pack?
Cash, jewellery, passports, property papers and medicines - keep those in your own car. We will say the same thing on the day. Anything else, we would rather pack ourselves than have it arrive broken in a carton you taped shut.
Do you move on Sundays and public holidays?
Yes, and for offices that is usually the right choice - we move you on Saturday and Sunday so Monday morning works. Residential moves are the same price on a Sunday; there is no weekend surcharge.
How long does a house move take?
A 1-bed flat within Islamabad is normally half a day. A 2-bed house is a full day, and a 3-bed usually spills into a second morning if you want everything unpacked and rebuilt rather than just delivered.
Can you take the AC units and the geyser?
The AC yes - uninstalling and remounting a split unit is Rs 8,500 per unit, done by our AC technician rather than a loader. Gas geysers we disconnect but do not reconnect; that needs the gas fitter at the new address.
