Meter readings on walls, ponding and cracks on roofs. You get the cause in writing, then the system.
3Applied in coats, then flood tested
Roofs and bathrooms are water tested before anything goes back on top.

Put a bucket under it and move anything electrical. We cannot coat a roof in the rain, but we can tarp it and stop the damage spreading until it dries.

FAQs
Roof & Waterproofing questions, answered
When is the right time to waterproof a roof?
Before the monsoon, not during it. Coatings need a dry substrate to bond, so February to May is the ideal window in Islamabad. Emergency leak repairs can be done in the rain but they are a patch, not a system.
Which coating should I choose?
It depends on exposure and budget. Cementitious is the economical option for a sheltered roof. Elastomeric handles Islamabad's summer thermal movement much better and is the sensible middle choice. Polyurethane and torch-applied membrane last longest and cost the most. The surveyor will give you a straight recommendation.
Do you guarantee the work?
Yes. The guarantee period depends on the system chosen and is written on the quote before you agree to anything — we do not give a verbal number and change it later.
The damp is on an internal wall, not the ceiling. Is that still waterproofing?
Possibly not. Internal wall damp is often a leaking concealed pipe rather than external water ingress. Our inspection visit distinguishes between the two before you spend money on the wrong fix.
Can you waterproof a roof we still use as a terrace?
Yes, but it needs a system that takes foot traffic and then a screed or tile over it. A bare coating rated for an unused roof will wear through where people walk, so tell us at survey if you use it.
How long does the work take, and can we use the water tank?
A typical roof is two to four days including cure time between coats. Tank lining means the tank is out of use for two to three days, so we will help you plan storage before we drain it.
Do I have to remove the old coating first?
If it is blistered, loose or chalking, yes - a new coat over a failing one peels with it. If it is sound and well bonded, it can often stay as a base. We test-scrape it at survey rather than guessing.
